Burial Warfare Overview

Burial Warfare is a 6-reel, 4-row online slot with these features: two teams for you to choose from, Wild, Explosive, and Scatter symbols, a Stash Opening mini-game, a Loss Bonus, and Free Spins. Before the demo starts, you pick your side: Humans or Zombies. You can switch teams at any time, and symbols matching your chosen team yield higher payouts. There are also team-specific symbols. These appear for both teams but carry a distinct team color, and their winnings are tripled. Human and zombie hands with thumbs up serve as Scatter symbols. Depending on your selected team, three or more Scatters on the reels win a round for one side or the other. If your team claims the round, you receive a Loss Bonus and a chance to open a Crate (Coffin) with an extra reward inside.
The crate contains all symbols on the screen that have reward value, plus the Jackpot symbol (a bonus symbol with a reward equal to the sum of all rewards multiplied by 10). Opening the crate wins you one of these bonus rewards, with its special value listed in the rules as "stash."
Three enemy Scatter symbols mean you lose the round. But don’t worry—each losing round boosts the Loss Bonus, which pays out after a round win or a draw (when three Scatter symbols from both teams appear on the reels). The Loss Bonus starts at zero at the beginning of the gameplay and increases by bet/2 each time the opposing team wins. After the Loss Bonus is paid, it resets to zero.
Three consecutive round wins award you a massive 30 Free Spins! During Free Spins, Scatter elements don’t appear on the reels, boosting your win rate.
To win this confrontation, you have a wide arsenal of high-impact weapons. For example, dynamite, which explodes and destroys all non-allied symbols nearby; the team-neutral Bottle Rocket, which switches enemy symbols to Wild; or the Molotov/Acid Flask, which replaces adjacent horizontal and vertical symbols with Wilds.
